Not what I was expecting
I love the brand , color , heel height and style of the shoe and those are the reason i place the order, but my issue is there was a pair of used shoes inside of a box , unzipped and scratched up, not wrapped just a pair of used shoes that cost over 100 bucks place in a box and bypassed quality control and mailed

So disappointed!
I was excited to receive these genuine leather open toed shoes. The color shown, as well as the style, was exactly what I had been looking for when I bought them. When I opened the box today my excitement turned to disappointment. The color (Luggage) shown in the website is a rich cognac and the leather on the smooth portion of the shoes I received is a light, yellowish tan color. Only the perforated portion of the shoe is close to the color I expected. The color elsewhere on the shoes had also worn off in spots giving them a splotchy look. It looks as though the dye didn’t take uniformly. There were also a couple of small, dark colored shallow scrapes that would not rub out. I guess I could have used leather dye and shoe polish and made these shoes look presentable but I shouldn’t have to do that at this price point. Sadly had to return these otherwise beautiful and comfortable shoes.
