I tried these in a medium last spring and thought they ran wide. So this fall, I tried the narrow and thought they ran a little tight for even a narrow. I switched the insole for my orthotics, which happen to be thin and now they are wearable, but a little more room would be good. They are comfy and feel like slippers. I'm used to a higher profile sole that I can wear in rain and snow, but these I primarily wear indoors in the winter weather.

Most comfortable shoe I have ever tried on, they run true to size, and if one has a medium size feet probably best to order narrow as they are cut rather wide.
Too big and they shipped the wrong color.
