These shoes are SO comfortable. I have received a ton of compliments on them and they fit true to size. I work 12+ hour shifts and these are much better than any tennis shoes I’ve found. The only con I’ve found is that the label on the inside starts wearing off fairly soon, but who cares about that!? Highly rec!
In my two decades of trialing different shoes to wear in my nursing career, these have by far been the best. I am on my feet 12 hours a day and these are the only shoes that prevent back and knee pains. It truly feels like walking on clouds.

I purchased this shoe for work. Prior to this I had the Grey Anatomy soft walk, that shoe was so soft and comfortable, when I couldn’t find another Grey anatomy because they are sold out everywhere, I decided to try the original soft walk. While they are not as soft and comfortable as the Grey anatomy, they are good enough for wearing for 12 hr. I take away 1 Star cause I know they can be built more comfortable!
I normally love these shoes. They are comfortable and stylish. I am always getting compliments on them. But they are not made with lasting quality anymore. I have had these for 2 months and the shoe has separated from the sole. I’m so disappointed bc these are expensive shoes. I used to love this brand, but now I’m disappointed in the craftsmanship. Don’t think I will be buying from them again
I have purchased this shoe multiple times before. I have always loved them. I ordered this shoe but missed the picture that showed the interior insert. It is completely different than the one I am used to and of a lesser quality. It comes out as a way for you to replace it with orthotics. But I don't use those. The box was also different and was missing a couple key words leading me to believe these are a knock off. I was in a desperate need for a new pair of work shoes due to leg and knee pain. So I did end up using them. They are ok but the inferior insert is not as comfortable as my previous Softwalk, Meredith shoes. I typically can get 6-9 mths of wear with my other shoes but I don't expect these to last that long. Unfortunately I learned a tough lesson, since these shoes typically cost $100, that I have to make sure all of the images match my previous purchases.
the front is already peeling off when my mom only wore them to work 6 times. She says they are cute and comfortable so far I guess just not durable.
