I got the boots yesterday. They fit well and were very comfortable. Today it was a -5 wind chill. My feet were warm when I walked the dogs. I will return in a year to let you know if the boots lasted through the year. If so, these are great.

My husband foot size normally with any shoe is a 12 but we had to get a 13. They are very comfortable all day wear and warm when worn out and in snow/ slush. They are easy to wear, well we did size one up. We had many returns with Pajar and got fed up with. we are so glad with Sorel.
Warm heavy good for snow
Great boots. Great fit. Durable. Keeps feel cozy and dry in the winter. They also clean up nice so my husband isn’t tracking yuck into the house. He used these for his labor work job where he was constantly ankle-deep in mud and in rough terrain. They provide great ankle support while on the uneven terrain required for his work. They are so durable I don’t know when it will be, but I WILL BE BUYING AGAIN!!
These boots are beautifully made, high quality, and lightweight. I bought these to attend WRC Rally Sweden, based in Umeå. The event happens in February and temperatures were -15° at night and around -6° Celsius during the day. I hiked over 105,000 steps in four days with these while dragging or carrying 40 kg of camera equipment. I worked in snow varying from ankle-deep to waist-deep all day and my feet never got cold. Pro tip: Swedes stand on a slab of polystyrene if they’re going to be stationary for a while, which helps prevent cold from creeping through the soles. My trousers covered the boot tops to prevent snow ingress, but even when some got in, even though my socks got damp my feet were still warm due to the thick, soft padding. I bought the size that matches my shoes which left a bit of toe room for thick socks. Ice traction is about average, but in Sweden you can get your shoes modified with small studs if you need more grip. I used slip-on studded crampons for one day and then decided the boots were grippy enough.
I liked that they are easy to get on and off and didn’t hurt my back in the process. They are sharp looking and a great brand. The fit is true to size and they keep my feet warm even at the high elevations at Breckenridge Ski Resort
