I wear 6.5 to an 8 depending on the shoe. Always need orthotic inserts and wide width. My feet still hurt. I read the reviews so I ordered 2 pairs size six and 2 pairs 5 1/2. I have bunion pain, bottom of foot pain, ball of foot pain, etc. that usually leaves me out of the cute sandles range and into a small selection of orthotic wide range. I am attending a comedy show (go Leanne Morgan!!!) and needed something sturdy enough to navigate coliseum stairs in the dark, cute and comfortable with a dress. These are worth every cent but you will have to build up the heel and use lots of tricks to get them right. They are a little padded from the box but made my feet sweat and there is no arch support. I added invisible heel cups (not shown because I am still wearing my cutest sandles ever around the house to make sure I will love them but it's been a few hours and many dress changes 😜). I bought a maxy black dress with little brown buttons down the front for the event. I never buy brown shoes but these really go with everything from my short jean dress to my short baby doll dresses. I wanted the lighter color but those orange laces are not really what I needed this time. I prevously bought flat size 6.5 brown shoes (box shown in picture) but they hurt my feet in an hour so they are going back today. I will return the other 3 pairs of these. I put them on the prime card and selected payment plan so I wouldn't have to charge $600 to my card. Be careful building up the heel because my left bigger foot fell asleep on me the first try. I may even get the lighter ones now too... I put clear heel cups in both. I also put clear arch supports and covered with high heel fabric inserts to stop the sweating in both. I used 2 clear strap things on my left ankle to keep the lace from rubbing. The right was fine. Thank goodness I ordered 2 pair because my fussy left foot hated the first shoe. Then UPS brought the 2nd box separately and I got a better one out of that box. Order a full size down. It may seem like a lot of work but for some one with worn out feet who already owns three bags full of orthotic stuff to fix high arches, foot pain and a bunion these are the cutest. This is the first platform shoe I have been able to wear in 30 years. I am 64 now and going to be in the 2nd row for the show rocking my new outfit!! Also, I am only 5ft nothing tall so I am excited to have the extra height too! I know I will get a lot of wear out of them this summer. Originally thought I'd wear once and then admire them in my closet yay!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

This shows are beautiful and comfortable. I love all sorel wedges. Sometimes they run a tad small but these are true to size. I’d check the European sizes they tend to be more accurate.

Great fashion statement, not for long walks
I searched everywhere for the perfect color blue fashion-forward sandal to match some beautiful batik items I purchased while on vacation in Hawaii last month. This was the only pair that checked all the boxes - Chalk Blue, eye-catching gladiator style, beautiful details, well-made. Based on size comments I ordered a half size down from my usual 7.5. Interestingly, the size 7 box shows Euro size 38, which is what I normally order, so the sizing problem seems more a matter of interpretation than manufacturing anomaly. Similar issue with Naot, whose size 7 is also a 38 Euro. Very comfy, although I suspect that the top back might rub above heel if going on a long walk. But who wears sandals like this for long walks? I love them, and will be sending back the other two pair I wanted to try out. Expecting many compliments!

Seller named “Pattern -iServe-“ made good!
Important note: these run a Full Size to a size-and-a-half Too Large — but I liked these shoes so much I kept trying to get a pair that fit. If you have a bunion and want cute sandals that are adjustable across the instep — these are the ones! The straps are real leather and will give, plus the laces allow you to loosen or tighten as needed across the instep. There is a bit of rubbing around the ankle from the ties while walking, so these aren’t shoes I’m going to walk a mile in, but if you’re only walking short distances they are quite comfortable while standing or sitting. Because these run large (not normal for Sorel) I kept ordering down a half size until I got a pair that fit, but the size that finally fit me arrived with a manufacturing defect on the footbed that made the shoe unwearable! I was bummed and returned the shoes unworn via Whole Foods but was never credited for my return. Amazon did not help me at all, and their customer service team didn’t care that I was out almost $150 for shoes I’d returned. I contacted the seller (named “Pattern -iServe-“) and sent them photos I took of the item at Whole Foods return counter showing the defect. They were much more helpful than Amazon and credited my account for the returned shoes. Thank you to Shelby at Pattern -iServe-! This seller showed integrity and I will purchase items from them again!
