Instant Comfort!!!!! European Travel Shoe
When I say that I tried and return more than 35 pairs of shoes believe me. I shopped at Nordstrom, Macy's, Dillards, Travel stores, etc. I have a slightly wider foot and I just cannot tolerate anything uncomfortable any longer.I read these were comfortable. And all of the reviews (for the most part) raved about this sandal. I am here to testify it is TRUE.What I like:-Wider strap in front fits perfectly over the wider part of my foot that bulges out a bit so that works beautifully -- covers the unsightly and fits perfectly. The leather is softer so it would stretch IF I needed it to.-Toe box has a more square front which is create for comfort and my wider foot. The profile of that feature is is attractive.-Shoe is light, looks heavy but compared to other fashion forward platform chunk heal this is LIGHT weight-Padding at the back of the heel and over the instep is a REALLY NICE feature!!!!! Very comfortable-Tread: this is a chunky heel but provides excellent tread for uneven surfaces like cobblestone roads, or walking on grass for a wedding-Height: it is a bit higher than I wanted, but I am keeping the shoe because it is COMFORTABLELooks!!!You will read in other reviews, "I get a lot of compliments on this shoe." Without exaggeration, EVERY time I have worn this shoe thus far I have had someone compliment me or ask where I got them.So cute with a babydoll dress, or skort or shorts or pants or even a semi formal dress depending on your style. This is a fashion forward VERY comfortable sandal that I put on and wore immediately for 5 hours touring around. Pretty shocking but true!So if you are looking for a shoe to walk through Europe with or just a cute fashionable sandal you will likely LOVE this!By the way, these come in really fun color combos. Love these sandals!I'm a big Sorel girl! I absolutely love these Sorel sandals! I had bought three pairs prior to this one in a different color. The one that I purchased previously was light gray. Obsessed! These sandals have been calling my name forever but because of the price I hesitated to bite the bullet. A great sandal
I love these sandals and am wearing them for a long travel weekend. They go with everything and are comfortable for walking in the city. A word about sizing; I have a forefoot that is on the wide side of normal. I ordered my standard size 9 but found the strap was across the widest part of my foot and too tight. I was worried they wouldn’t work for me but decided to return them and try a 9 1/2 to see if it would work, and yes it did! I found it took a couple of wearings to break them in and for the leather strap to loosen just a bit but on the third wearing they are perfect.

These are very comfortable and I wore them all around Greece. My only thing is I wave a high arch and wide feet. The strap still closed but not much space left for it to Velcro closed. My feet were slightly wider than the strap but didn’t bother me enough to part with these beautiful and still comfortable shoes.
