Wonderful for those who are older and have foot problems, or jobs where you're on your feet a lot.
I have problems with my feet that make it difficult for me to wear high-topped shoes without a zipper. I was skeptical about these having the zipper only one one side. Also, my left foot swells up and makes it hard for me to find comfortable shoes. These shoes have it in spades.I'm on my feet a lot and the terrain I tend to walk on is, to say the least, rough. With these, I'm able to go along the area with a lot of comfort and it's wonderfully cushioned. I like high tops because my ankles need the support as I am older and my joints are not as strong as they used to be.They're inexpensive for such a high-quality footwear. And I'm suspecting I'll be able to get a few years of hard wearing out of them at the very least. I work at a place that does manufacturing and, while I am office personnel, I also have to go out to the production area quite a lot and that's like walking from end to end on full sized football fields many times. Not to mention going up and down long stairways.Long story short? I am VERY happy with these shoes. They look good, they feel good, and my feet don't hurt anymore. They do start out stiff, might rub a little if you're not careful. But once you break them in? They are SO worth it!
