Heels

These are truly beautiful heels. They fit tts. I took away one star because I was supposed to receive on the 31st and did not receive until the evening of the 6th. I needed them for an outfit I ordered for New Years, so that was not good customer service. I took away another star because these were very obviously sent back from someone else. The clasps were not wrapped. The wrapping for them had been torn off, so previous person could try them on and thrown back in the box. The styrofoam and tissue paper that they put in the toe of the heel was in the box and not in the toe of the heel. And these heels come with sleeves for protection, which were on the bottom of the box and the heels were lying on top of them. That’s just sloppy and rude, For the person sending back, not to mention the company mailing it back out. Due to all of this mishandling, the strap of the heel near the clasp has a defect, which is truly sad, because like I said, these are truly lovely heels.

I loooove these shoes! They’re super stylish and add several inches to my height, which makes me feel very elegant. They’re also comfortable, which is usually a sacrifice you have to make with heels. But they support the arch of my foot very well, and I had no trouble walking in them. For fancy events these pumps are perfect.The material seems to be pretty durable, it’s on the cheaper side but that isn’t necessarily a bad thing considering that the price is so reasonable. 5/5!
