These are beautiful boots that are very comfortable to walk in.
I've been wearing these for ~7 months and I like them. I wanted something to wear when I walk the dog in nasty weather and these boot work great. My feet stay dry and they're warm enough to wear in the snow. When I first got them, they were very hard to get on and off, but they loosened up after a short break-in period. They're easy to use now but are a good fit and my foot doesn't slide around in them. I don't see any excessive wear areas and I would buy them again.
They seemed very nice and like they would be warm for winter. By the time I ordered them it was past the snow for my area. And they should hold up pretty well because my d-bag dog started to chew up the top on 1 and it's holding up pretty decent for that.
Overall these boots are great. They're very comfortable and keep my feet warm enough for everyday wear. The ankles are a little narrower than other rubber boots I've had so they're a little harder to get on. Also the pull loops seem to be rubber only so I'm not sure how they'll hold up.
I ordered the right size. And they fit just fine. BUT ... putting them on took at least five minutes. Taking them off took ten, and it was painful. The opening at the top is very small and the elastic on the sides does not stretch at all. Result? Almost impossible to put on, and much worse to take off. I was really surprised because Sperry is an old name with a good reputation. But not for boots. My advice: unless you enjoy agony, look elsewhere for your winter boots.
They were a gift for my SIL. He loves them.
As other reviews noted, just a tad tight when getting on but not really an issue. They are comfortable and the lining feels warm.
