These are excellent shoes. I use them on my poling skiff for fishing. I am on my feet all day and these provide ankle support and comfort that is needed. Decent traction keeps them from slipping. They resist water though I have never really tested a submersion event in water or snow. Very well made. Materials are rugged yet comfortable. Lacing system is great. I would happily buy another pair.
Great shoes! I really like these shoes for their comfort and design. I know that they are not water proof but they still stand up to the cold weather pretty well for such a light shoe. I will definitely keep these on my “buy again” list when I finally need to get some new ones.
This is my 2nd pair of these Sperry boots. From what I can tell, they are waterproof. I have noticed no leaks in rain and minor snow. The traction has been good. Are they really made for snow? If it’s under a few inches, yes. More than that and I would be seeking a more robust design to wear. I love the comfort and fit of these boots. I have to use orthotics so have no need for built in arch supports and these boots fit great.
These are some of my favorite shoes I've ever owned. They work pretty well for keeping off rainwater, they're not waterproof though. I think I got 9 1/2 and had a little bit of extra room so they're the "hiking boot fit" maybe you could call that sizing. They're really comfortable and for the price I think I paid 50 something $ for them they were definitely worth it. I had them for 8 months or so if I'm not mistaken and they weren't breaking down or anything. Just lost most of their water resistance after being put through the washing machine and dryer
I don’t usually write product reviews, but I have to give credit where it’s due. These boots are exceptional. I wore them during monsoon season in Nepal—through mud, rainstorms, and even floods—and my feet stayed completely dry, even when I was sure they wouldn’t. The boots are not only rugged and durable but also stylish. After returning to California, I started using them while riding my electric skateboard, and they didn’t disappoint. Given their versatility and reliability, I plan to keep buying these boots. They truly deliver across a range of conditions.
This is the first time a product actually looks better in person than a picture on Amazon and it’s a very comfortable shoe as well. I think this shoe was designed for people who like to wear skinny jeans, very good looking boot. The shoe only has a few negatives, and there very minor ones , for one shoe has very little arch support for people with flat feet so if you do have flat feet, you might wanna invest in some arch support insoles. Another negative is that it’s not a very warm boot so if you are going to wear this in the winter, you might want to invest in some warmer socks. I love these boots, and I’m thinking about buying another pair, maybe at some point.
I bought a pair of these that were for snow, and they were so much lighter and more comfortable than any snow boots I’ve ever had. And my feet always stayed dry. So I had to get another pair just for hiking and man these are the best shoes. Lower price, quality made, and they look awesome.
