I picked these up for snow and wet hikes, and they’ve worked great. They keep my feet dry and comfortable without being overly heavy.Since I wear kid sizes, the savings made this even better — same quality and look, but at a much lower price than adult sizing.Overall, solid boots for messy weather and a great value if you can size down into the kids’ range.
These are cute boots. And warmer than expected. I normally wear a 7-7.5 in ladies and I have a very narrow foot. These boots are a little hard to get on but I believe they will loosen up over time. Once on they fit my foot perfectly even with heavy camp style socks. Very comfortable and not too heavy like some of the duck boots I've tried. I was worried about them slipping since it's not "cool" to tie them, but they don't slip at all. Perfect winter boot.
I am a size 6 in women's shoes and these boots in a size 5 Big Kid fit PERFECTLY. I love buying kids shoes because they are usually a bit cheaper but fit the same.I think these shoes are really comfy- I ordered some Bean brand duck boots before ordering these because I have heard amazing things about the brand lasting forever- which they probably do!- but because they need a break-in period for the leather to soften they were SO stiff and uncomfortable. I do not have the patience for that. I returned and went with Sperry instead. And I'm very happy I did! These did not feel clunky or stiff and I was able to wear them straight away. I also like that there is a zipper on these. Makes it much easier to take on and off.I live in Kansas so winters do get snowy and mushy and these keep my feet warm and dry.
I usually wear women size 7.5 and ordered the kids size 6. The boots fit perfectly initially with regular socks. I bought them specifically for my recent trip to the East Coast to wear on rainy days but and ended up wearing them everyday because they were so comfortable and stylish at the same time. After walking 20k+ steps a day in rain and snow for 2 weeks, the boots did stretch out slightly, but nothing that a thick pair of socks can't fix.I was debating between getting size 5 or 6 for a while but I'm glad I ended up getting the 6. 5 would have been too snug and the ankle area would have been too narrow for me to put my feet in. Being able to get these in kids size is such a plus! Same great style and comfort for half the price!
Can't say enough positive things about this boot! Fit was as expected and runs true to size. Boot is very comfortable and appears to be very well made. Love the look of the boot and they aren't bulky. Haven't had the opportunity to wear in wet weather yet, so can't comment on how waterproof they are. Love them so much that I also ordered the navy color!
Comfortable boots!
The cutest shoes I have ever owned, but dont seem as sturdy or comfortable as I had expected. I dont regret the purchase, but had to buy shoe insoles because they were not very comfortable. Very warm though! Just maybe not worth the full price of 70 dollars. I am a womens size 8-8.5 and the size 6 in kids fit great and saved a bunch of money! Slightly tight but not uncomfortably so.
