I was in need of a pair of boots that could handle some outdoor outings I had planned on a trip. In a matter of three days, these boots were put to the test. I wore them up in the mountains and was able to trudge through mud, walk-through a stream, lightly hike, and be able to quickly wash these off. Even in the freezing cold stream, these boots were warm and comfortable. The second day I wore them on the salt flats, they got dirty and I was able to easily wash them off. The last day I wore them hunting and had to wade through tall grass and mud. I did a lot of walking and these boots really held up. Not only did they keep my feet warm, they’re easy to keep clean. For the price, I couldn’t recommend these enough. They far exceeded my expectations! I did like other reviews suggested and ordered at least one size up and was happy I did. Fully recommend!! One quick note is there is a seam on the boot between the pattern and the rubber that can rub the back of your foot so you may want to put extra padding or wear a thicker sock with it.

My go-to winter shoe!
Bought as a Christmas gift to myself last winter and LOVED them. I get so many compliments on them and they’re my go-to shoe for winter. Requested these from my hubby for Christmas because I wanted leopard boots and love the look of Sperrys. They were on sale at a great price because there were only a few sizes left... I had to get a full size up and I was worried about that, but it's sure a good thing I did because they run really small. Then I ditched the white laces that they came with because they were chintzy and replaced them with a good quality, round, brown lace. Then I ordered custom gold shoe tags from another Amazon vendor with my nickname QUEEN.... They look FAB! If you get the chance, get a pair and jazz them up like I did.

Overall good for the price
If it were an option, I would give these boots a rating of 3.5 stars. They're not quite a 4-star rating but I'm still glad I purchased them. Positives: I live in coastal North Carolina where it gets chilly in the winter but not really terribly cold for any stretch of time. I like to walk on the beach all year round and wanted a pair of boots that will keep my feet dry and warm if I accidentally get a little too close to the tide line. These will be good for that. They feel lightweight on my feet. The memory foam sole is very comfortable. The fit is good. I sometimes order a half size up in boots so they'll fit with warm socks. I ordered true to size with these and they fit well. Negatives: These are listed as waterproof and I don't think that's really accurate. The rubber sole and toe is decently water resistant but the fabric upper is not at all. So if you were trudging through deep snow or walking in heavy rain I don't think they would keep your feet dry. I also didn't notice when I ordered these that they don't have regular laces, they have short laces that you don't tie. I will probably replace these with boot laces to get a fit that is more snug.Editing to add: I wore these several times over the winter. They are comfortable to walk in but the zipper is rusting so it’s really hard to pull it up and down.

No more Sperry stores in my state, so glad when I found these online. I usually wear a woman's size 8, but need a 7.5 in this shoe, so they must run large. My last pair lasted over 4 years so hoping these will also. Highly recommend for light yard work or errands in spring and fall. I'm looking for something warmer for winter.
