I love it. It’s so comfy because it’s wide. Fit me perfectly and I use it as a 12 hour shift.
This is my first pair of barefoot shoes so I was not sure what to expect. I have a high arch and a wide toe box and that can sometimes cause me issues with shoes. I was pleasantly surprised when theses shoes fit well and were comfortable. The sole of the shoe has a nice grip and the shoe itself is very flexible and easy to get on and off. The construction of the shoe seems well put together and there were no flaws with the stitching or gluing of the product. My biggest criticism of the shoe is that the pull cord to tighten or "lace" the shoe is way too long. when I pull the cord tight the length of the cord extends about 4 inches past the toe of the shoe and then I have to get creative, "tucking" the excess into the laces and then it looks and feels weird. There are also only 3 holds for the cord/laces and this can create a weird puckering or gap where the tongue of the shoe is. This may be in part due to my wider toe box but, the shoe overall fits my foot so I am not sure. If the tongue of the shoe would close properly and the cord wasn't so long, I would have given this product 5 stars.
This helped a lot to relieve foot pains.
Very comfortable
These aren't very comfortable. I wore them to the gym. They were fine to wear while I lifted weights. But when I walked the treadmill, the balls of my feet hurt badly. There is no support in the sole or for the ankels.
Overall, the shoes match my expectations based on the listing. They’re lightweight with elastic laces and seem to be of decent quality. The style is typical of this type of shoe, a combination of water shoes and tennis shoes with a wide toe. One nice feature is the tongue stays in place when laced up.However, the biggest issue I encountered is with the sizing. I ordered my typical size of 8.5, but they’re too short. My toes bump the end of the shoe, and after a while, it starts to hurt. I had hoped they’d stretch to fit better, but it doesn’t seem like that’s going to happen.Another minor struggle is how long the laces are after tightening them to fit. I can’t figure out what to do with the excess length. It’s too long to leave loose, but I can’t find a good way to tuck it in either. There’s even a plastic clip-like piece at the end of the laces to hook to the shoe, but I still haven’t been able to make it look right.Even considering these issues, I still feel the shoes are probably a good purchase for the price if you can get the fit correct.
These barefoot hiking shoes by Spesoul are marvelous. They’re available in several colors and sizes and are designed with a comfortably wide toe box.I have a wide foot and some stability issues from a knee injury that doesn’t allow me to wear shoes with heels or much of a platform sole. It’s hard to find a good pair of shoes or sneakers that fit comfortably, have good traction and stability, and also don’t cost a fortune.I was so impressed by these shoes that I will order them in other colors so I’ll have back-ups.The toe box is indeed wide, the sizing feels true, and there are adjustable elasticized laces which allow for a customized fit.The flexible, rugged, rubber soles have excellent traction, and are just the right thickness that you don’t feel rocky or uneven surfaces under your feet. The tops are a made of a knit and mesh material that feels breathable, and overall they’re lightweight shoes. The only negative I found, was the foam inner sole occasionally slips out when I take the shoes off, but that would not stop me from ordering them, because they’re an otherwise good quality shoe.I can wear these flexible shoes all day with no discomfort or pressure points. They’re as conformable as slippers.I absolutely consider these barefoot hiking shoes to be a good value for the money at the listed price of $32.99, and if there’s a sale, I’m stocking up.
