I bought these golf shoes as a gift for my boyfriend, and he absolutely loves them! He wore them for a full 18-hole round and said they were incredibly comfortable the entire time. In fact, he told me this is by far the most comfortable pair of shoes he’s ever owned. Great quality, stylish, and perfect for the course – highly recommended!
As an avid golfer who plays year-round, I was looking for a comfortable and waterproof spikeless golf shoe without breaking the bank. The SPGOLF Men’s Waterproof Spikeless Golf Shoes have been a pleasant surprise.Comfort & Fit:Out of the box, these shoes felt comfortable. The lightweight design made walking 18 holes a breeze. While not as plush as some high-end models, they provided adequate support and cushioning.Waterproofing:I tested them during a rainy round, and my feet stayed dry throughout. The waterproof feature held up well, which is impressive for the price point.Traction:The spikeless sole offered decent grip on the course. While not as aggressive as spiked shoes, they performed adequately on dry grass.Style:The design is sleek and versatile, easily transitioning from the course to casual wear.Value:Considering the price, these shoes offer excellent value. They may not have all the premium features of high-end brands, but they get the job done effectively.Final Thoughts:For golfers seeking a budget-friendly, comfortable, and waterproof spikeless shoe, the SPGOLF Men’s Waterproof Spikeless Golf Shoes are a solid choice. They may not rival top-tier brands in every aspect, but they offer reliable performance where it counts.
The quality is very good and it is comfortable to wear.
Sizing was the same as what I had before and still fit. Color was as shown. Very comfortable.
These stylish golf shoes by SPGOLF have an impressive fit and finish throughout, which is apparent the moment that they're held in hand.Perfect fit:My feet measure exactly 10.5 inches from the back of my heel to the tip of my large toe which somehow translates to a men's US size of 9.5, based on the Nike size chart that I have used to gauge shoe size over the years. These shoes are true-to-size and fit my feet perfectly. I acquired the 9.5 Wide, which provides a slight extra width in the toe area without being boxy looking like some other wide-toe shoes. They are comfortable the moment that they are first slipped on without the need to break them in. The cushioning is perfect throughout, including the collar, the tongue, the insole, and the sole. The sole provides a comfortable cushioned step without being overly springy or spongy. They are not only comfortable, the shoes are lightweight which reduces fatigue.Construction:The various parts of the outer upper are composed of overlain two-ply PU leather that are double stitched together providing a clean sleek look while adding the kind of durability and support expected in sport shoes. I appreciate that the shoes have a TPU hot melt adhesive film to help make them waterproof, since lesser shoes that I've worn on a wet course have left my feet uncomfortably saturated. One of the impressive aspects of these shoes is that the inner part of the upper also has an impressively smooth finish, with the tongue extending smoothly from the collar area, over the bridge of the feet and into the toe area, with no ridges that can create pinch point that create discomfort during long wear. The dimpled green insole is well-sculpted and firmly cushioned to prevent slippage, and I appreciate that it contains granulated activated carbon to help improve dryness and odor resistance. Contrary to what another reviewer mentioned, the sole is not sewn onto the upper, but glued on as is typical of most sport shoes these days. The clear light blue outsoles stand out, adding a fashionable touch while being perfectly functional on the course. They have a roll heel and roll toe effectively allowing a rolling step. Although they are spike-less, they have unobtrusive cleats that provide terrific grip and traction on turf. The outsole appears to be firmly glued onto the sole. That translates to two glued-on layers (the sole and outsole) that should hold for years, but in my experience have the potential for failure over time. Every pair of glued shoes and boots that I've ever owned have eventually failed at the glued surfaces after extensive use, but that comes with the territory.Unique BOA Lacing System:The elephant in the room is the unique BOA-dial lacing system, which I have not come across in other footwear that I've used, but seems to have become common in specialized and performance-oriented footwear like golf, cycling, snowboarding, and some work shoes. It works by turning the dial clockwise to cinch the thin laces with audible clicks, then the dial is turned counterclockwise to release the locking system for easy removal. BOA systems offer a quick and easy way to put on and take off shoes. Other benefits of such systems is that they can distribute pressure evenly across the foot, they can provide an easily customized fit for improved stability, and they can eliminate tripping hazards associated with loosened laces. The potential downside of this BOA system is that the laces are quite thin compared to traditional laces, leading to my concerns about failure over time. If the laces fail, there does not appear to be a repair method as the dial/lace system is integrated and appears to be non-replaceable. In other words, if these thin laces fail the whole shoe becomes unusable.Overall, these shoes are comfortable and durable after hours of use. I'm impressed with the build quality and style of these true-to-size shoes. I like the clear blue cleated outsole, and enjoy the unique BOA lacing system, all at a very reasonable cost.
I’m a newer golf player and these are my first pair of golf shoes. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but thought I’d dislike the dimples on the insole and quick laces. I figured the worse that could happen is they would become my lawn shoes, but they are actually some of the most comfortable shoes I own.I’ve had the shoes for three weeks, and I’ve played several rounds – clocking over 25,000 steps – in them. I wear a 9.5 and the 9.5 fits perfectly. I haven’t received a single blister, and the shoes felt broke in from the first step. The quick laces are a nice touch, but they have loosened twice. Sometimes I’ll sit with one leg resting on the chair bottom, and twice the shoe loosened up. Not a big deal, because it takes one second to tighten them again.I’m not sure how fancy golf shoes get, but as a new golfer these shoes have been great. With a few miles on them they still look and feel new.
