I had bought this shoe in another color from a different place, so I knew what I was getting. These are beautiful and SO comfortable. I have a lot of trouble with foot pain so I am willing to spend money to get a comfortable shoe. I can wear these all day and they feel as good at the end of the day as when you put them on. They have a nice sized heel that gives you a little height but not too high. They do run about a size small. I usually wear a size 10, but in these get the size 10.5 to 11 and they fit perfectly. I have the blue and the burgundy ones and just love them. I get perfect strangers telling me how pretty they are. I would highly recommend these.

Good, not great

I bought this shoe based on a lot of reviews I had read about it on various websites. I did order one size bigger based on so many people saying they run small. I'm glad I went to the bigger size, but they do fit a little loose and my heel slips out just a little. I suspect my regular size would have been too small though.I feel like I'm wearing an orthotic when I wear them...not because they feel like one, but they sort of look like one. They're cute enough with jeans, but I can't say they're a "dressy" shoe; they're a little clunky, in my opinion. But they are comfortable enough that I'm keeping them.Another comment I had read was that they're almost "too" soft, making them difficult to put on. I haven't had any issues putting them on, but I can see how someone might struggle a little bit. If you're looking for something that slips on easily, this isn't your shoe.Considering the price of comparable styles/brands, I think this was a pretty decent deal. Amazon is selling them for about $5 cheaper than other sites I looked at.

I love these shoes. I already have them in the dark red -called merlot here- and was excited to find them in the navy.When ordering, keep in mind that they are based on the European size model. It isn't the same.I wear an 8 in US size, in European size, that's a 39 or 40, dependant upon style. In this case, I ordered 40 -called size 9 by Amazon and other retailers. I held one of the shoes up to an American brand, and, yup. It's just slightly bigger than the 8 American, not even enough to really notice.The workmanship is beautiful, the shoes are comfortable, well-fitting, and supportive.If this is your style, you won't regret it.
