This is my 3rd purchase of these shoes from Amazon. My 4th purchase overall. I fell in love with them year's ago, at a hospital uniform sale. I've been hooked every since. They are True to size comfortable arch support and durable. I only purchase the non patent leather ones. The durability is very good. I work 12 to 14 hour shifts 4 days a week. I have enclosed photos of my recent purchases of this product. I basically wear them out. Then I keep wearing them until Ifind a replacement pair that I really like. As you can see in my photos. Excellent value for the money if you look at how long I wear them until they are uncomfortable or unpleasant to look at. I wear an 11 M. Excellent arch support. You be the judge of their functionality based off my purchases and photos.

Love the shoes. This brand does not hurt the top of my feet like other brands of similar styles do and provide arch support. I get compliments on the cuteness of these as well. Only problem is they are cut a bit big and have to wear thicker socks rather than my compression socks I usually wear to work. Still love them. This is my 2nd pair of this brand

Only have worn a month and inside is already falling apart.

I love the look of these shoes. It took a whole week of working in an ER to get my feet accustomed to the shoes. They were very stiff in the beginning but I loved the look so I kept wearing them. The next week I worked they fit perfect. Unfortunately, it's a month later and the inside soles are starting to rip and fall apart. I am extremely disappointed, my other shoes from Spring Step lasted over a year before they started to wear out on the inside. I love these shoes and I get compliments from patients all the time. So I hate that I'll have to go shopping again soon for new work shoes.
