I love Spring Step shoes. They’re unique, high quality, comfortable, supportive shoes. I was looking for some blue leather shoes, & when I saw these on sale for $30, I had to order them. They’re very well made, look good on, are surprisingly lightweight, & offer good arch support. They’re very comfortable & look good with jeans or dress pants. I love these shoes & wear them often.
These arrived with a torn strap so check the stitching before trying them on.The real bummer was that they didn’t fit my instep. I bought my regular size for this brand and the length and width were fine, but unless you have a completely flat instep and arches, take a pass.
I liked thee style and fit. The toe box width is exactly what my feet needed to make my toes feel comfortable.
These are good quality shoes which were comfortable right out of the box. They are a bit heavy looking, and not a really flattering style, with a blunt toe and broad across the toe box (see photo). I might not have bought them if I had had an opportunity to see them.

I have 2 other Spring Step L'Artiste shoes in the same size as I ordered in this one. When the shoe arrived I was excited until I tried it on. The shoe fit like it was a size too small. I immediately returned it and expected my $ back but Spring Step deducted over 5.00 for return shipping. This is not the type of experience I want to have on Amazon. I have 2 other pair and I love the shoe, but from now forward, I refuse to pay Spring Step for advertising on Amazon but not offering the same try before you buy advantage. Spring Step you just lost an avid shoe purchaser.
This is the second pair I have bought because they are so comfortable. The front of the shoe really supports the foot and the velcro fastening allows adjustment to fit just right.
