My favorite court shoe for Pickleball. Best i. class stability and long life of the shoe tread.
I have played in about half a dozen other types of PB shoes, and these are on the bottom of the durability scale. I play athletically, about 10hrs a week indoors on outdoor type surface. After 2 months of play, the insoles were totally shot. The outer soles had also started to wear through, but I've had that happen with other brands in similar time frame. The laces are unusually bad at staying tied and the fabric design means the shoe looked dirty and gross after only a couple sessions.Initially I was excited about the relatively wider toe box and more squared off toe than other court shoes. To be honest, even though these are my usual size, I felt I slipped around inside them a lot on lateral moves. Could be why the insole just wore away. Maybe if you are more of a stationary player? The search continues for a comfortable PB shoe for my narrow-ish feet, with some space in the toe box and reasonably durable. These don't meet that criteria.
Well made but didn't fet my feet well. Uncomfortable for me.
First time purchase of this brand. Have been wearing Babolat Fury. But unavailable in my size. Took a shot with these based on product description. Have to say i'm very pleased. Very supportive and structured shoe. So i feel confident with rapid charges at ball or rapid change in direction. So far after 3 or 4 2 hour sessions of open play i'm very happy with quality and price.
Excellent shoe. I have been playing golf in squairz for a number of years now, never been disappointed. I followed the suggestion to order a half size smaller than usual, they were wrong. For me 8.5 works, has to return the 8. Thankful that returns are easy with Amazon. I will certainly buy these again when they are on sale.
Uncomfortable shoes, gave me calluses on outside pinkie toes, love the lacing system. These photos are after (1) day and (3) days of play (maybe 6 hours total). The upper is some kind of mesh, and with a few backhand side lunges with court contact will tear it. After the 3rd session there are holes in the upper. This won't be a big issue for less mobile players, but if you are very 'active'; this might not be the shoe for you.Edit: here is photo after exactly 2 months. Shoe glue added to keep sole from separating more.
Felt great the first time out playing...even got a free pair of socks with the order. Liked them so much, ordered another 3 pairs for playing.Shoe felt comfortable and gave the toes room so hopefully no more lost toenails. I went 1/2 size smaller following there guidance on what shoes I play with now.
