Comfortable and wide toe box
Just what I wanted. Wore them right out of the box. I used my own inserts an added a Dr. Schull's cushion under front half of foot for extra cushion. (I just cut a full cushion in half and tucked each cut half in a front bed.) My full insert went over that. The wide toebox is what I was looking for. I usually wear a women's medium 8.5. shoe size. This shoe size is generous as compared to other shoes. I would not go down half size. I just added a cushion up front and removed their insert and put mine in. The bed of my shoe now has a foot cushion in the front half and a full insert over the cushion. The heels are snugged tight! No slipping. Looks and feels great. The quality of shoe substantiates the high price. I did the same cushioning in my wide toe toebox Keen hikers I used on the PCT.

Nice shoe but the large toe box was an issue for me
The shoes are comfortable when I put them on. However, the large toe box, as mentioned in the description, makes them feel a bit clumsy. I may not be used to a square toe shoe. It seems like a nice shoe.. just don’t care for the huge toe box.This surprised me since I wear wide width shoes.

Weren’t worth the cost
I have trouble with bunions so finding a comfortable shoe for Pickleball is challenging. Based on my husband‘s golf experience with squarzs, I thought I would give this a try. They definitely were not worth the extra cost and I couldn’t justify keeping them. Just another sneaker , but at an extremely high price. I returned them and went back to the. K-swiss.

Comfort:They advertise a roomier toe box, but that is not accurate. They lengthened the shoe and flattened it to make it square, but across the ball of the foot is no wider. When held up against my other size 8 shoes, it was a good inch or more longer, and less wide across the ball of the foot. The toe box is square (hence the name) but it is NOT wider.
