I ordered my usual 8.5M, and the length is spot‑on — you can see in my video that there’s still a bit of space at both the front and back of the sole. The fit issues here aren’t about length but about the straps. They aren’t adjustable, so the experience will vary depending on your foot shape: wider feet or higher arches may find them tight, while narrower feet may find the straps a little loose.The shoe itself feels more rigid than flexible, with a solid block heel that adds stability but doesn’t offer much give. Because the straps start out snug and the sole doesn’t flex much, I wouldn’t recommend wearing them for a long first outing. They walk easily thanks to the low, stable heel, but the first outing should be short so the straps can soften and the shoe can flex a bit.That said, the design is a strong point. The clean two‑strap silhouette and low block heel give these sandals a transitional, trend‑proof look that works across seasons and outfits. The construction feels solid for the price, and there are no strange smells, making them a good value if you’re looking for a simple, versatile low heel.

The Hodeery Square Open Toe Chunky Heels for women are similar to other shoes I've purchased including The Drop. One comparison I noted is that these are of similar style, but lower quality. These are not what I would consider a "high-quality" shoe. Stylish - Can Be Dressed Up or Down
I was hesitant to purchase these sandals due to the fact that I have wide feet and was not sure that they would fit me. I typically wear a size 10, so ordered my usual size. When the sandals arrived, I was delighted to see that they comfortably fit on my feet and my feet did not hang over the end of the heel.In fact, the straps on the heels, have the ability to stretch a bit to accommodate women with wider feet, like myself. I included photos from different angles so you can see just how well these sandals fit my feet and how sexy they look!Because I am only 5’4” tall, I appreciate the block heel because I can easily pair it with a T-shirt and jeans/jean shorts and it is a perfect casual outfit and if pairing with shorts or a skirt, the black heel gives your leg, a slightly elongated and slender look. This is a huge plus for women with slightly larger, hips and legs, like myself. Are these sandals also look just as well under a summer dress. Depending on the dress they can look sexy enough to wear for a night out, or comfortable (yet appropriate) to wear to Sunday mass!I am extremely happy with this purchase, but did want to notate that these shoes feel like they do run slightly large. This is not a problem for women with wider feet, but if you do have narrow feet, you may want to consider sizing down due to the fact that the straps have a little bit of give/stretch and they are backless so there is no ankle strap for additional support (which I like because it makes for easy sliding on and off). This is not a negative for me, but I did want to notate it for all of those ladies (and men!) who have narrow or medium width feet.I hope this review is helpful, and just wanna stay again how much I love these sandals, and I feel that they are made with people with wider feet and mind. I absolutely recommend!
