NEW CHIC! Super trendy ballet slipper with square toe. All the rage!
The product photos really don't do them justice. These are truly the new trend and something a little different then that pointed toe ballet flat that everyone wears. Great new styling and a really unique look! Well made from high quality material, these shoes are very comfortable and wearable. The size was right on for me, too, which is always a plus! Good price.What's interesting about the look of these shoes is probably the contrast between the rounded mouth and the squared toe. It looks modern, but doesn't fall into the "wicked witch of the west" vibe. The heel almost looks "added on," but that really goes to the unique appeal of the whole shoe.Nice padding in the insole. I should also point out that they're very light-weight. All day in the office without hardly noticing. I don't think they have a "lot" of arch support, so if you need that, maybe add an different insole. These really are for professional or office use, I don't think they could be considered "dressy." Maybe - MAYBE - casual, but they just feel a little too "teacherly" for that. Not in a bad way, though... but maybe I'm just not that back into the 90's yet.
