Great Comfortable Safety Work Shoes
Working in a factory not only requires long shifts and being on your feet all day but it also requires in addition to safety glasses that you wear steel toed safety shoes everyday as part of your PPE, otherwise known as personal protective equipment.I really like that when im wearing these steel toes shoes it doesnt feel like Im wearing steel toe shoes. Finding a pair of comfortable safety shoes plays a key roll in making it through long shifts that require being on your feet. And so far these shoes have passed the comfort test. They have a memory foam lining on the inside that provides both cushioning and support with a breathable mesh fabric that aids in keeps my feet cool and dry. Ive worn them for up to 10 hours in one shift without experiencing any sort of discomfort or pain.The main difference between a regular athletic tennis shoe and safety shoes is the steel toe. These shoes come with a built in steel toe cap in the top half portion of the shoe and it protects my foot from being injured or smashed by falling objects or heavy equipment.Another safety aspect to the shoe is the slip resistant sole. The floors in a factory are covered with grease and oil so having good traction is very important. I have not had to worry about slipping and I feel confident I wont experience any injuries at work while wearing these safety steel toe shoes. One less thing to worry about is always a good thing.In terms of style if that is even a factor for safety shoes. I would consider them to be very universal and easily match a wide variety of work wear. They are not your typical safety shoes. They have a more modern and athletic look. Ive gotten several compliments on them from my co workers.I am satisfied with my purchase overall. The shoes are comfortable, durable, and most importantly safe. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a good pair of safety shoes for work.
