Fabulous shoes!
This is not my first pair of khussas. This is however the best pair of khussas I have ever owned.I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. Now, don't get me wrong I wasn't expecting it to be poor quality, but I'd only ever purchased from a certain unnamed website. The quality I got from them was okay. I literally wore each pair to death. It took a good couple of years but eventually they fell apart.This pair is the same price I paid for the other pairs years ago, and the quality is Head and shoulders above. The leather is thick, the stitching is solid, the insole is wonderful. I didn't realize how poor quality the other pairs were until I got some high quality ones like these. They will serve me well for years to come.This is my favorite style of shoe, and the only reason I haven't got a whole wardrobe of them yet is because I couldn't see spending this much on the flimsy shoe that I got from the other place. But it is absolutely well worth it for these!Just a warning for those who have never worn this style before, they are supposed to be tight at first. They stretch a bit to fit your feet and will develop right/left as you wear them. Don't be put off by how they feel the first few times you wear them. They adapt to your feet so nicely and become the most comfortable issues ever!Definitely order a half size up. You want them to be tight at first because if you get them to fit perfectly out of the box, you'll be disappointed in a couple of weeks when they have stretched out a bit and no longer hug your feet

These shoes are beautiful and the sewing detail is incredible. The shoes are th most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn. I feel like I am walking on a wooden plank. Now practical. Wear only if sitting all day everyday.

Excellent Quality
These are the most well made khussa I've found in nearly 20 years (and several dozen pairs, I must confess) of shopping online. Of the two pairs I've bought from this seller so far, both have much better construction than the others. Two most important features are the thicker soles and the decorative upper covering being stitched around the top opening and not glued. One pair has a nice cushioned insole, and the other a matching embroidered lining. A nice extra - each pair came with an insert to customize the fit if needed. If you're new to khussa/jutti you might want to get one size up. Also, there is no designated right or left side - you get to decide that for yourself, that's why they will feel like they were custom made for your own feet.

Love these shoes. I was worried when I placed the order regarding size but after reading all reviews I went up a 1/2 size. I’m normally am 8 1/2 so I went for the 9 and am glad I did they fit perfectly! The embroidery work is so detailed and pretty. This is a perfect flat for the summer. As for arch support I knew as they were flats it would be minimal, similar to a ballet flat. I so happy with this purchase that I will be ordering more from this supplier.
