The embroidery is beautiful and the colors are very rich, the pictures don't really do them justice. My feet are very wide so I ordered a whole size larger than I usually wear and they are a little loose. I use the foam insoles that came with them and they fit pretty well. These are excellent to dress up a plain black outfit.
These shoes are beautiful and I was excited to get them, but they were way too small for my feet. I would recommend going up at least a full size, and they seem to be better for a narrow/low instep. Had to return them but was sorry to do so.

These are truly beautiful. I have ordered this style of shoe before, so I knew to order a half size up. Remember that the leather will conform to your foot as you wear them (I wear them barefoot -- if you want to wear socks, go up yet another half size.) I wear a 6.5 C (wide), so ordered a 7 (I believe they are 37 in European size). I do not need arch support, and have no problem with the flat footbed, but others may. Honestly, I am considering deconstructing a pair and using the parts to make a pattern to construct my own. This is a traditional shoe design from India/Pakistan (I hope I am correct about the region -- I do not intend to offend anyone!). The embroidery on this particular pair is exquisite.
Very cute shoes but a little tight and very stiff causing blisters on heel. No arch support so not good for walking.
