True to size. These are comfortable. The material is soft and straps do not rub where a lot of kids dress shoes cause those horrible heel blisters. Before purchasing, i ordered another brand that was really cute and i thought would match dress a little more but the straps were so stiff and hard and overall uncomfortable-we returned. I would definitely purchase these again.
My daughter wore these with her dress for her Barbie themed birthday, she absolutely loved them. They were such great quality and super cute.
