These shoes are nice dressy slip-ons but we’re too big. These shoes run big, so when ordering, order a 1/2 size down. We couldn’t get a smaller size for my son in time for Prom, so we sent them back and had to find something more right at hand. If we could have gotten them in the 1/2 size smaller we would have kept them. They are nice shoes

You know how women talk about needing nude shoes?? Well, this shoe is that for me. It goes with EVERYTHING! I actually wear it more with denim that with suits and dress clothing. The grey is very neutral. The velvet is VERY durable. I even got them wet, on accident, and they held up. They are very stiff during your first wear. I recommend wearing them with comfy socks for that. Afterwards, you can go bare foot or no shoe sock. Steve Madden stores sell gel bits to protect your ankle and heels if you find the shoe stiff and rubbing
