These are one of my all time favorite pairs of boots, so much that I had to get them in a second color! They're super comfortable with the block heel and square toe. The shaft has just the right amount of stretch to be tight without squeezing your calves. Fits true to size. I think it goes without saying, but I'd HIGHLY recommend these!!

Cute, but tight calf

I really like the boots, but wearing with anything but tights is iffy. The leather is very nice and soft and the boots are cute and comfy, but wearing with even skinny jeans makes it a bit tight. Maybe it’ll get better as they’re worn more, but definitely not for anyone with larger than average calves.

Great for slim calves!

I’ve tried quite a few pairs of knee-high boots, and these are by far my favorite! My calves are on the smaller side, so with other boots I usually deal with lots of extra space making my legs look like chicken legs lol. These fit perfectly without all the extra material. The leather feels great quality and not cheap at all. Just a note: if your calves are on the bigger/more muscular side, these might feel snug. But if you have slimmer calves and struggle to find a sleek fit, these are a dream.

Sexy but runs small & light on comfort

When i first tried these on i thought they fit perfectly snug with sexy slim calves but, when i tried to wear them i realized they wouldn’t fit with socks!Who wears boots without socks?? Blisters, anyone??I have athletic calves, meaning they’re pretty slim. I wouldn’t recommend these if you have weight or wider calves since, they wouldn’t even fit mine with socks.Start with a half size up & only buy with free returns.I should mention that i didn’t find these as comfortable as i’ve come to expect from Madden shoes however, maybe if sized right with socks they could be.

Perfect for small calves

Steve Madden is always good quality but these are particularly amazing for me! I have an 8.5 size foot but unbelievably small calves. So I never wear boots because the bigger the foot size, the bigger manufacturers make the calf area too, so boots always looked sloppy and ridiculous on me. These are SOO perfect for someone with thin calves I could not be happier. They have a little padding at the bottom of the insole for extra foot support that will take a bit of getting used to but definitely not a negative.
