I got these for my 3 year old. They are her main shoes for her preschool program and I have already had to wash them four times. After four washes, they’re still beautiful and the lights all still work. The wide fit suits her and she picks these shoes over all others. They were worth every penny. The photo is after over two months of use everyday with four washes and much wear and tear.

I’ve never had a complaint about a stride rite shoe. They are so comfortable and my daughter looks so stylish in them. She also has narrow foot, so I appreciate the different sizes and widths that stride rite offers.
Shoes looked exactly like the picture. My child is very rough on her shoes and they have held up great even through two washes already. They still look brand new and the lights all still work.
These are great sneakers. My daughter loves them. According to her, they are super comfortable and have great grip for the playground. I love that they have rubber soles.The cons... the silver color (which looks very gray - albeit sparkly) makes them look a little dirty from day one. Also, they only lasted 3 months. At the 3-month mark, I noticed the faux-leather material on the front of where my daughter's big toes are, wearing off. I'm debating on whether it's worth $56 to get another pair... for 3 months. Admittedly, my daughter wears them most days and is pretty rough and tumble on the playground (she came home from school with a lovely unicorn-like bump on her forehead yesterday). I may order a new pair just for school and she can wear the old ones at home... since she does absolutely LOVE how comfortable these sneakers are. In fact, she would rather continue wearing the worn-out ones than purchase new sneakers that are different. And she also loves buying new clothes and shoes.One more thing... despite the toes rubbing off, the soles are still in excellent condition!
The lights work well. They fit nice and wipe clean. Love the little flowers and my daughter can run super fast in them
Used to buy see kai run. Now I'm on my third pair of stride rite with my toddler (what I used to wear as a kid)! Great quality - she never trips and falls. Video is after one week of wear at daycare. (I regret letting her wear $6 van-type shoes from Wal-mart - gifted. The one day she wore them she tripped running at school and landed on the corner of a standing book. Scar likely for life.) Invest in good shoes.
