These are my son’s first shoes. They are nice and soft and allow him to feel the floor almost like he’s not wearing any shoes. I tried a couple of shoes that looked like regular adult sneakers. He did not like the stiffer soles on those sneakers and refused to walk in them. With these sneakers, he walked right away in them and hasn’t stopped since. I highly recommend them!
We bought these when our little one started to walk. The insoles are very squishy but firm and work well for clumsy, first time movers. There’s a cushion on the bottom of the sole that helps with balancing as well. We’re VERY happy with this purchase and plan to buy Stride Rite from now on.
Nice shoes. However, somewhat small. It's hard to put them on my baby's little feet.
Cannot go wrong with Stride Rite. As soon as we showed these to our 18 month old she wanted them on and did not want to take them off. They fit her perfectly and I love the Soft Motion part helping her to naturally walk. Love how the tongue has a long openening making it easier to get my daughter’s foot uneven when she curls her toes. We have no problem getting these on and she does not try to take them off. Many shoes children trip in before they get used to the shoe. These she just runs and runs in.
Very cute and look like the picture. The size ordered was 4xw. I ordered them because that is the size my son was measured, and the size of his other soft motion Stride Rite sneakers; however, these sneakers are much tighter on the top of his feet.
Cute shoes and fit as expected, but took some time to break in - they were very hard to get on my toddler's feet for the first couple of weeks. We've only had these about 2 months and the velcro strap is really stretched out and has warped. They're wearable, but the strap comes undone easily now.
Cute shoe for my grandson. First real pair of shoes and he is ok with them. He is just learning to walk so we wanted the best for him. He has a wide foot and the stores do not carry them thankfully Amazon does!. Will purchase again.
