Cuts up my child’s feet
Update: these just took a few weeks to work in, they actually ended up being very high quality and lasting us all summer! That’s saying alot for my very active son. He wore them every single day for any activity. Well worth the money and I would buy them again!We bought these expensive sandals for my very active 4 year old because they are supposed to be the best! How ever he has been wearing them for about 3 weeks now and they are really cutting up and blistering his feet. I wanted to contact the seller but I don’t see anyway to do that and my return window has closed. I’m very upset that I bought this trusted brand that was out of my budget and still ended up having these issues with no solution.

Favorite toddler shoe so far

Good quality, though heavy for a sandal sneaker
I like getting Stride Rite shoes for my toddler because I know they are a good quality and fit well. These shoes certainly are good quality, a nice color, and having a protective rubber soled at the bottom of the shoe and also to protect the tips of the toes. However, I would have thought a sandal sneaker, which we would typically use during the summer months, would be a bit lighter. These shoes are all what heavy and toddlers feet tend to sweat in them. They are also a bit stiff, maki by it more difficult to slide them on and off of my toddler’s feet. Overall, pleased with these shoes.

Supportive and padded
These are much more supportive than the Sunray Protect 2 sandals that I've been putting my kids in for the last 4 years. The bottom outside is flexible, the bottom inside has wonderful padding, and the fabric is soft. I will buy more of these when they go on sale.Two things I don't like as much:1) They are heavy, much more than the Sunrays. However, they are heavy because they are well built and these will likely last longer. Furthermore, they are much more supportive, especially for my 3 year old who's developing bunions already. So that tradeoff is worth it.2) They run large. I used the fit guide on the Stride Rite and bought that size, and it was too big. This isn't a big issue since you can exchange for the right size.

Sturdy but heavy/caused stinky feet
These mostly fit my 3yo with super wide feet, however for a sandal they were quite heavy and his feet still ran hot and would stiiiink by the end of the day. Disappointed as it's been so hard to find sandals that actually fit his wide feet but his feet would sweat and stink so much I worry about athletes foot so he doesn't wear them much now. Felt like I wasted money as they weren't only $15 when I bought them but they are now.
