Sadly my son grew out of these shoes very quickly. We just started to buy him shoes so we were figuring out his size and foot width. I would say possibly size up since the material of the shoe would not have a loose fit and your little one could grow into it. I would definitely buy these shoes again.
Secure fit, comfy shoe and nice slip on shoe
These shoes are stylish and functional for water shoee for toddlers. I like how they are vented like sandals so the water can drain out easily. They work well and are durable. They aren't the easiest to get on but it's doable. My only issue is that my toddler would end up with rubbing sores on the backs of his ankles from these, every time he wore them, even after they should have "broken" in.
I bought the purple sandals for my daughter last year, and just bought these for my son. They fit as expected and if your kid decides that they need to swim in a pool with these sandals, they'll be fine. You'd never know they took a dip in chlorine.
Would purchase again
Don't buy these unless your child wears socks inside. The seams and lumps on the inside of the heel are substantial, and my little guy had holes, not blisters, holes, in his heels within 2 hours of water play. I bought them ahead of time for the next size up, so outside the Amazon return window.
Cute, but runs narrow compared to other shoes of this brand. Great quality though!
