These boots are both dressy and casual. They’re one of the most comfortable boots I’ve ever owned. I bought the gray color. I was complimented the very first day I wore them. Normally I don’t love shoes I’ve purchased online. No complaints here! Love there boots. I’m a 6-6.5. Amazon suggested a 6 so I went with a that. Perfect fit. Great fit: snug enough all around to hold my feet in, but comfortable enough not to aggravate my peripheral neuropathy around the toes. Comfortable...but HORRIBLE zipper!

These shoes are soooo comfy. The heal on them are very soft and bouncy when you walk. However, I have a heck of a time getting them off EVERY time because the zipper at the back/heel of the shoe is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get unzipped. I hurt my fingers trying to get them off every time I wear them. The zipper simply will not go down sometimes, and these shoes are "form fitting" so you cannot simply take the shoe off without unzipping. It's extremely frustrating. I still wear them, and it's nothing I'm going to return them over, but if you have arthritis maybe, or dexterity issues with your hands, do not get these shoes. You won't be able to get them off.
