Great for wide feet. Very soft.
Very soft and comfortable for the feet. Stretchable fabric will gently hug your feet. That is how i felt trying on the pair of black/split-suede-sole/low heel (model Black-2805-3.5-m). I wear 8.5 street shoes, bought these in size 8.5 and they were a perfect fit. I even can wear it with a thin sock. Round toe box is spacious, very comfy. I didn't need to go a size up (as seller recommends in his description). Get your regular size. Worked for my wide feet perfect. To my surprise, the split sole (arch area, right in a middle of the sole) doesn't have ANY support. it's just a thick mesh. Walking felt like wearing a thick sock with a heel attached to it. I have strong arches, but don't have a dancing experience. My dance instructor recommends the split-sole kind of shoes, he ensures that those will give me a better freedom in a movement. Probably, for someone older or with a problematic feet, the solid sole with a supportive/solid shank will be more comfortable choice. Love how wide a toe-box is. I am trying many practice shoes on, looking for a good fit, and so far, this one is my favorite. The new shoes, right out of package, have a smell, but it doesn't last long. So far, I speak about how comfortable the shoes are. Just notices that the suede soles are glued on....., I did't take the shoes on a dance floor, hope those soles stay on.

Good quality dance shoe
These shoes fit as described and are super comfortable! The sole is very flexible and are slippery enough for a dance floor. The quality of the shoe is very good for the price, and I like the style. My only complaint is that sometimes my heel slips inside the shoe on the heel block and slightly throws me off balance. Otherwise, these are great!

Comfortable and Lightweight
I purchased these shoes for my ballroom dancing classes. They are designed to be lightweight and used primarily for practice. Personally they aren't attractive enough to use for performances. I purchased two sizes to see which fit best. I usually wear size 8 shoes, occasionally 8 1/2, so based on the measurements, I ordered the 8 and the 7 1/2. I found that the size 8 was comfortable but a little to roomy in the toe and top areas. There was excess fabric on top and even though I laced it up tightly, my feet felt like they were swimming in these shoes and they looked bigger and wider on my feet than the size 7 1/2. I preferred the fit of the 7 1/2; although they were a little short in the toes, the overall shoe was more slimming and attractive. Most dance shoes need to be a bit shorter and snugger so you get more support.So far they have held up well. I have been dancing in them for a couple of months now, several times a week. All in all, I am pleased with the purchase.

Just What I Needed for Dance Class
I'm a beginner taking dance classes and needed to replace the shoes I had. I found these and they fit exactly as advertised. Have only worn these shoes a few times so far, so can't comment on the durability. But so far they have worked out well. I opted for a half size larger than I normally wear because I have wide feet, and the fit seems fine. However as others commented, there is no padding on these shoes so after wearing them for 2 hours the soles of my feet hurt quite a bit the next day. Recommend adding some cushioning to these shoes if you'll be wearing them for more than 30 minutes.

The shoe is great for people just starting out. You will definitely need a shoe brush, because the sole loses all traction quickly. These shoes lasted me two years of heavy use, but do not get if you are prone to hurt ankles and feet, because there is little support. The heel feels like a block of wood and the fabric is thin, but breathability isn't bad.
