I looove this shoes! I am a 7.5 in regular shoes and use a 7 in dancing shoes. HOWEVER the system gave me an 8.5 size suggestion. NOPE! 8.5 was huge! I reorder them in 7.5 and again a bit too big for dancing shoes. So, I would say they run big. I like them so I am going to reorder them in a 7. Hopefully that is the magic number lol!
