Good Shoe

This was my first time purchase of any kind of dance shoe, and it was successful! Being my first dance shoe there was a learning curve of figuring out the trick in securing the strap. My feet are quite small so I did poke a new hole in the strap as I prefer my shoes a bit tight so they feel secure! Great basic dance shoe. Black and classic, I'm not a rhinestone or sparkly kind of gal. I like the heel height - not low but not so high I feel unsteady. I rarely wear heels but I felt comfortable in these! I wear these shoes often, usually 2x a week for dance class, dance lesson, and a socials on occasion. I found them comfortable, the only time my feet hurt is simply due to building up tolerance to dancing for a longer period of time or consecutive days in a row! I will admit, I initially felt the quality was a little less - the material had a slight tendency to fray, however they are definitely durable. I primarily do salsa dancing and they've withheld beginner to advanced level moves, getting stepped on, and stepping on myself - lol! Theses shoes held up strong until just under a year's worth of dancing - the tip of the heel cracked and fell off. I'm not sure what made it crack - if there was something on the dance floor I stepped on without realizing, who knows. I will try to re-secure it, but I may use it as an excuse to get a new shoe in a different color just for fun. I definitely feel I got my money's worth from this shoe and recommend it!

I want more in every color

Actually very comfortable once they stretch to you foot and I do I have semi wide feet so I will say they had to stretch before they were super comfortable but still not tight to begin with…. I’m not a professional ballroom dancer, but I got these to dance all night at a dance party and they were super comfortable. I will say again you need to break them in before you wear them out. The quality was very impressive. The color was really nice Even though I got the Champagne color they still came in the regular tan, but that’s OK. I kinda like them better wish I would’ve gotten the beige though… they’re easy to open and they look very beautiful

Shoes were defective. Disappointed!

These shoes were defective. The left shoe strap was a full inch shorter than the right shoe strap, making it impossible to clasp! The left shoe strap measured thirteen inches and the right shoe strap measured fourteen inches. Disappointed, because these shoes were my favorite out of the three pairs that I ordered.
