Very nice running shoes, so so value
I’ve been running in the Swift Running APUS Women’s Carbon Plate shoes (white & pink, size 8.5) for a few days now, and they’ve definitely impressed me. The fit is true to size, with a snug but breathable feel thanks to the mesh upper. The white and pink color combo is sleek and sporty—clean enough for everyday wear but still eye-catching on the track.Functionally, they deliver. The carbon plate gives a noticeable spring during tempo runs, and the cushioning is responsive without feeling too soft. I’ve used them for both long-distance training and speed work, and they’ve held up beautifully—no hotspots or discomfort, even after 10+ miles. My only hesitation is the price. At this tier, there are other carbon-plated options with similar performance for a bit less. That said, the build quality and durability are excellent, so I still feel like I’m getting solid value. If you’re looking for a lightweight, high-performance trainer that looks as good as it runs—and don’t mind spending a little extra—these are a strong pick.
