Best shoes for active classroom teacher
I highly recommend Taos Footwear to all my educator colleagues! I thoroughly enjoy my pair of Taos shoes, which have provided exceptional comfort and support for my feet despite the demands of my profession. I often would change shoes at work or after work to other shoes due to foot pain. I can say now I won’t need any backup pairs of shoes under my desk or in my car because I can wear one shoe the entire day. Happy with this purchase
I’ve been wanting these forever and finally pushed the button. Love them! True to size, comfy and solidly constructed with great style. I especially like the side zipper access so you never have to undo the laces. This is my 3rd pair of Taos and they do not disappoint!

Cute, comfy, and supportive
I love the comfort of Taos shoes. I only give them 4 stars because I typically have to break them in. They are usually a bit too tight in the toe box initially, so I have to wear them at home a while to stretch them. That doesn’t stop me from buying them though, because I have about four pairs now. They run about a half size too small. I wear a 7 in Taos, where I typically wear a 6.5 in most other shoes. The arch support of Taos are amazing!

Super supportive and comfortable!
These are my absolute favorite pair of shoes! I have very flat feet and plantar fasciitis, but have a job where I’m constantly on my feet, so I need as much support as possible. These are my go to shoes if I’ve run in the morning and know I need support for recovery for the day or I know I’m in for a long day of walking/standing. They are a bit pricey, but worth every penny! The leather is durable and has not scuffed, creased, or peeled in the 6 months I’ve had them, and I wear them at least twice a week for 10 hours+. And I love the zipper - so easy and quick to put on. Although they show no signs of wear, I’ll buy another pair when these wear out.

Comfort AND Style
Taos Footwear is my favorite brand, ever since I suffered from plantar fasciitis and needed to find something that would suppport my instep. I love that these are not the typical, old-lady orthotic shoes, but are stylish and long-lasting. I bought them before a trip to Europe and they ddn't even need breaking in. Size was spot on.

Hurt feet
I have worn the Taos Z Soul canvas for years. I purchased the leather ones for an upcoming trip to Europe and unfortunately only tried them on. They fit alright. This past weekend I wore them all weekend visiting my son and these are in no way as comfortable as the canvas version. The leather is tight and unforgiving and my feet paid the price. There is no chance these are going to Europe if they couldn’t stand up to a weekend in Knoxville. Looks like I just flushed $172 down the toilet.

Not as comfortable of the plim soul lux
I am so bummed. The shoe sole is not as cushy as the plim soul lux. I’ve been wearing the others for over 6 months everyday at work on concrete floors. They’re so cushy and comfy. I am returning these. I was so looking forward to just zipping them up but they definitely aren’t the same. So sad.
