Don’t like having to search for something new when you’ve got a certain brand & style that works but discontinued or newer versions don’t always measure up. This is the first pair of Taos I am definitely going to keep cause these exceeded my expectations in a well made & super cute shoe! Just hope they continue to make similar styles cause I am hooked on the level of comfort with these. Not good for plantar fasciitis

Pro: Very cute and I love the easy in/off zipper. Quality materials and goes with a lot of outfits.Con: I have plantar fasciitis and these shoes flare it up like none other I’ve had in years. My feet feel pretty ok while I wear them, but I suffer for days afterwards.Conclusion: Because they are so cute and they don’t hurt that much when I’m actually wearing them, I keep wearing them hoping to break them in, but after 2 months, hope is fading.Summary: If you have normal feet, they would probably be very comfortable and so cute. If you have plantar fasciitis, look for a different style.

I just can’t figure these out

Ok, so I LOVE the look of these, but I am confused by how these have such an amazing reputation for comfort. First, they’re on the heavy side. That I could get over, but I cannot zip them on, which kind of defeats the purpose IMO because I was hoping these would be shoes that are easy to slip on and off for TSA. Then, how can my foot NOT seem to fit my standard 6.5 size when it doesn’t indicate that you should go up a size? And if I were to order a 7, I believe that they would end up being too long. I wish these worked. Sadly, not for me.

Good looking comfortable shoe

These are my first pair of Taos shoes but they won't be my last! I was looking for a pair of walking shoes that I could wear with shorts, jeans, or dresses while traveling. These worked perfect. They provided the support I need and made walking through Madrid a breeze. They are on the stiffer side but I find that comforting. They run very true to size. . The material is thicker - reminds me of denim which is what attracted me to the shoe and the color. Good quality and worth the price!
