Great fit BUT there is a trick to it...by design

When wearing Chelsea boots a balance can be adjusted between the tightness of the lacing and the zipper fit on the side. Take the time to lace and unlace the boots until the tension is exactly right and you can walk miles with your step in balance. I wear these as I am a senior with no major balance problems but it is these boots that allow of adjusting the lacing and the zipper fit perfectly.That is the function of Chelsea boots which is also why these were and are favourites with rock singers who tend to dance about the stage a bit when working gigs. One fall off a stage sends a rocker to the shoe store to load up on these boots.ALSO...the lining in these is perfect.Avoid the elastic sided Chelsea boots if you can as they never seem to fit right unless you get them tailored and last-made (look up the word "last" or ask a shoe repair person).

Don’t waste your money

Either find another pair somewhere else or save some money up for a better pair.I bought these boots to attend my mother’s funeral. The boots were still in the box until the day of. Put them on, and they fit nicely. Stood up, walked out of my bedroom, and into my living room to see how they felt. Looking down I started noticing lines forming around the bend of the toe. The material (fake leather BS) started falling apart like some biodegradable toilet paper on a wet floor. ( 1 ply) 😑I might have been too furious to leave a normal review at the time of my purchase, but the way these are made is just freaking robbing our money. Hands down no shame in their horrible product quality.
