A nice looking boot to wear with jeans or even khakis.They have a rugged sole, which is nice and thick for some extra cushioning, giving better comfort.These for true to size, so no need to order up or down.I gave one star off because they were a bit stiff, and rubbed my calves red the first couple of times I wore them.
My husband has size 13 feet and finding footwear for him can be a real challenge. These boots were listed as men's size 14, so we figured they would allow room for thick socks and an insert. Couldn't have been more wrong.Not sure what size chart they were using, but they were ridiculously tiny. Took a shot of a pair of his shoes next to them for comparison. After looking online, I suspect they are listed in Chinese sizing, as 14 (tag inside the boots say 42) is like a size 10 here.They do appear to be leather uppers, but are very thin and the upper part is unlined, bare leather (smooth side out; suede side in) and the bottom foot area is lightly lined. They seem fairly well made, just not very thick or padded enough to last and are certainly not rugged enough for hiking or bad weather. More for looks than utility. The soles are pretty thick and, who knows, they could be comfy but we'll never know because no one in our house can fit them.
My son loved theses. They are comfortable and the durability is worth the price. The sizing is correct and the arch support is great for a flat footed growing boy.
These boots are a really good fashion boot for completing the look for street wear or even soldier cosplay. The leather is a solid quality and the sole is nice and thick making these boots a good value item for occasional use.
I ordered these in a size 7 for a female. I wore these at work for an 8 hour shift.The material is very thin but the soles are thick with a good tread on them. I did not slip around.They were not comfortable wearing a full shift on my feet but they weren't super comfy either. The insole is not cushy but it does have decent support for my feet.These boots were easy to clean and tie up. But the material was very flimsy and thin. Usually any boot I've ordered has been a decent thickness but these are decent for the price I guess.
