Size, and fit seem great.

I am glad I picked these up, I suffer with a lot of foot pain, they seem very comfortable, sturdy, and a plus on the looks in person rather than in pictures. I read the reviews on these enough to notice there were complaints about the tongue on them, comfort wise and it seems just fine to me. Along with the added insole, I am looking forward to trying them out.

Terra work shoes

I received the shoes, opened the box and found that the shoes were three sizes to big. I thought maybe I mistakenly ordered the wrong size so I checked my order and what I ordered was correct. I looked at the box they came in and the size on the box was correct for what I ordered. Someone at some point placed size 12 shoes in a size 9 box. Honest mistake in sending although I feel they should check to make sure what the box says is actually what is inside. I had no problems exchanging them for size 9. Of course I checked the size right away when I received them and size 9 is what I received. The quality of the shoe is great, customer service through the size mix up was great, the shoes are very comfortable. I only have one issue with them and that is the fit is large for the size they are. I wear a size 9 in the majority of shoe brands that I have purchased but these fit more like they are at least a half size bigger. While the shoe is on I can fit my fingers between my heel and the inside back of the shoe. The size on the shoe clearly says 9 but they are running a half to a full size bigger. I still love the shoes and gave it a 4 star rating, just keep in mind that, at least the pair that I have run bigger than normal. If I order another pair in the future I will order a half size smaller than what I normally wear.Overall, Great product!

Great sturdy shoes

Loved the shoes but they are a bit on the heavy side due to the strong materials used

Wasn’t the shoe for me 🤷🏻‍♂️

I really liked the look of this shoe but unfortunately they did not fit right and the tongue and sides of the shoe where the ankles are was rock hard and left multiple bruises and blisters.

Folding tongues will conform

Had to return once because of folding tongues. Second pair was the same but once i got it broken in they are pretty good shors and i didnt need to steal an insole for it.

Comfortable shoe!

I originally ordered up a 1/2 size because I tend to be in between sizes and I ended up having to return them for the whole size. Shoes are comfortable. I work on concrete and my feet still feel good after my shift.

Simple design flaw leads to pain across top of your foot

These are the best looking safety shoes I've seen. However, I returned them as a result of a pretty significant design flaw. When I tried them on, I had pain across the top of my foot, which I thought was very strange. When I took the shoe off and looked inside, I saw that that the tongue has a lot of excess material on it. So when you put your foot in the shoe, the excess material rolls under itself (see photos), creating painful pressure points across the top of your foot. I was tempted to get some scissors and cut off the excess material, because I think that would fix the issue, but I decided to return them instead, fearing that I may cut them and they still hurt and then they wouldn't take them back since I would have damaged them. Also, the laces in the shoes are too short. You have to not use the top eyelets in order to have enough lace to tie the shoes.
