Very comfortable to hike in. Well made and good grip on sole in all terrain and also when wet.
Have worn Teva for years and bought this for a relative who lives in a dry and hot climate. Perfect for him since he’s an avid hiker. Great fit and awesome arch support. Absolutely lightweight and helps on those long hikes. Good grip as well. Overall, a good fit and great value for the money.
Very comfortable and good sizing. I can wear these all day without feeling fatigue. They are waterproof but if they get too soaked and you continue to walk in them they might end up smelling. I've worn one pair for 4 years now and they're still going strong. Bought a second backup pair already.
I think this is my third pair of these over the last seven years or so. I like them much better than open toe sandals. They offer at least some protection if only minimal. However they are also are open enough to let your feet breathe. I like wearing ankle socks with them because then the top of your foot and toes do not chaff, yet stay pretty well hidden to avoid the fashion disaster of socks and sandals. Teva is also a very quality brand that never break and also have a reasonably long life
I bought a pair of these 3 years ago and wore them off my feet. They were very comfortable and my favorite summer footwear. I thought I would buy another pair exactly like them and found out they are not made like they were before. The back strap rubber is stiff and caused me to get blisters on both of my heels. The old sandals strap is soft and supple and don't hurt my feet at all. I will be returning them because they are painful to wear
These are my husbands so I can't gloat on his behalf, but I can say that TEVA always fits. The sizes are incredibly dependable in my experience. He wears them constantly (I got him two pair), out for a walk or hike, and in the shop, which is about the highest praise a pair of shoes on him would get. Not to mention finding a sale on them on Amazon, whew!
The material they use is too hard to be around your ankles. Walking in these on a completely flat surface was ok, any sort of incline and they dug into my ankles enough to make it quite painful. I managed about half a mile in these before I had to turn back, they just dug in way too much and really hurt. They did seem like they were well made otherwise and would probably hold up well but doesn't matter if you can't wear them.
