Really comfortable, looks nice in a rugged outdoor way, very sturdy, wears well, pretty grippy sole. Only complaint is that the back strap is not adjustable. You can get a good fit by playing with the top strap and toe strap, but it would be easier if I could adjust the back, too. I've tried a few other brands over the years, but keep coming back to Teva, they wear like iron and are comfortable.
These are my 3rd pair of Tevas. The 2 previous ones lasted for 10+ years. I wonder how long these ones will go. I heard about them from my friend who had won Marlboro Adventure Team competition and went to Arizona for the camp in 2019 and they were provided a pair of Tevas each and enjoyed doing all the crazy activities (canoeing, climbing, mororcycling and jeeping) with their Tevas on.Why I love the sandals - the legendary 2-strap-look, authentic ornamental design, comfort, utility and the brand
After about 1 year of regular use the sole is starting to separate but this is very good for a sandal. Take on light hikes and into the office. Lovely
I had actually purchased a different pair of Teva from Campmor that were my size 9. This is the size of Teva I had been wearing which were a little large. However, the size 9 Teva from Campmor were huge, way to big for me to consider keeping so I returned them. Campmor didn't have any size 8 Teva that I liked so I purchased this pair of Teva size 8 on Amazon. These size 8 Teva fit great on my size 9 feet!
The sandals are very comfortable, and reliable, through different hiking, beach, or wet conditions — all at a reasonable price.
Okay for very short neighborhood walks but definitely NOT for anything longer, especially not any "adventure" walking. Not as much support as we had hoped...and not as sturdy...We also ordered the Hurricane ones which are better--more support and more sturdy...but neither pair is as good as the earlier pairs we have ordered over the years which have been so strong and with great arch support but which are, sadly, now discontinued (as is true with so many really good items!). These are for my husband...who has used Tevas for at least 30+ years...likely longer.
Not my favorite Teva, but they are still comfortable.
