Comfortable and fit very well!

I typically wear a 13 in sandals, 14 in running shoes, and these run fairly true to size, maybe a little on the smaller scale I suppose. I ordered the 14’s and they are a little big, but the extra length is needed when walking in semi rough terrain due to the slide forward factor. I have no interest in trying the 13’s cause these are exactly what I wanted. Can’t wait to put them to the test.I do wish the arch support was a little more pronounced due to my high arches, but every sandal on the market is like this, and I’m impressed on how comfortable they are. Straps and padding don’t dig into the skin, and the EVA foot bed is really supportive. Love the Vibram outsole, it’s why I bought these cause I know they’ll last a long time.I’ve been a longtime fan of Merrell and went with these Teva’s because of the Vibram sole and also the strap padding which is a huge plus over any Merrell sandal with the Vibram sole. I was, however, surprised how heavy they are compared to other sandals I’ve owned and tried on. Maybe it’s me, but they feel heavier than some of my running shoes. Probably due to the Vibram outsole, so it’s a fair trade I suppose.Very happy with this purchase and might get another pair when they go on sale.

Super fit and comfortable

Went on a fall train ride in the Smokies this past fall. At the halfway point, they dropped us off to buy tourist stuff and since it was fall, they a pair of Women's Teva's at half price that fit my wife. She loved them so we bought her a second pair since we've learned that if you like a particular product buy several as inevitably, the company will stop making them or reduce the quality. Bought a a pair for me as well and they fit my narrow D size 11 1/2 foot perfect. Great grippy and comfortable sole. See how they wear over the longer term.

Very comfortable good gription

Broke these in on a pack trip in the wilderness. Hiked with them when it wasn't raining and they were great. Very soft, cushiony foot bed that feels great on the feet and doesn't get slippery when wet. Vibram sole is fantasticly grippy on granite and trail hiking. Only problem is under water the toe of the sole drags. Staps only bothered me when I over tightened them. Size 9 was perfect. I'll take these over chacos every time.

Best active wear sandals ever

Teva vs Chaco. That has been the debate for years among my family, friends, coworkers, etc. In my mind, it’s not even a debate. Not even close. Tevas are the OG and continue to perform. Everyone talks about chacos and their longevity, warranty, etc. blah blah blah. If you want comfort (something no Chaco ever can claim to have), durability, and performance, this is the sandal for you. I bought a pair of these over two years ago and have worn them every single day for months straight during the last couple summers. I hike in them. I fish in them. I swim the ponds and mountain lakes. I float the rivers. They’ve been with me all over the world, including through the mountains of Patagonia. Still going strong. I just bought my second pair. But get this, not because I need to replace them. No way. Almost no signs of wear and tear. I bought them simply because Teva doesn’t currently offer this model with the vibram rubber. So I wanted a second pair just in case my current ones decide to finally give up the ghost sometime in the next few years. If you’re on the fence, buy them. Buy two pairs. And if you happen to work for teva and are reading this… bring these back. Please. They are perfection.

They're okay.

I saw these at a shoe store, but unfortunately, they didn't have my size, so I ordered them here. Tried them out, and I wasn't a fan at first. There are two main reasons why, the footbed is supportive, but the texture doesn't feel good. The same goes for the straps. Two has to be the weight; the weight is like sneakers almost. The only redemption has the be the soles, very grippy! Maybe I haven't really broken them in yet? I'll have to wait until summer to try them again, and sadly, if I am still disappointed, I can't return them since I missed the window. Lol.
