Comfort for my wide feet!

I love these boots. My feet are wide in the front with bunions and narrow in the heel. I have a lot of trouble finding boots/shoes that fit. When I first put these boots on, I was afraid that the right one would be too tight because for some reason my right foot is wider. Anyway, I am happy to say that these boots seem to conform to my foot. The more I wear them, the more comfortable they become. It's not that they stretch in a bad way. They just adjust very nicely to my foot. I love the style, the round toe, the deep dusty brown color, and the low but high enough heel to give me a little lift. I'm going to buy another pair in another color. They are so cute and comfy. So happy! Wearing these on my trip to Iceland in April. Waterproof, too. They kind of remind me of Blundstone boots, but with more style. Great quality!

Size is accurate, well made boot. Immediately comfortable.

I wear a size 11 shoe/boot and that is what I ordered and they fit great. I probably won't wear a thick sock with them but regular socks work great. I put them on and wore them for hours the first day and have worn them many times and they are very comfortable. The quality of the constructions makes me think they will last many many years as my last Teva boots (which I am replacing) did. Actually, my last Teva boots are not worn out, but the leather got so soft from wear that it 'Bends in" at my ankle and kind of bother's my skin.. but the soles are still great, zipper works great, nothing coming apart... I just wore the leather to softness like a glove on the ankles, lol. Anyone know how to stiffen the leather at my ankle? Great boots. Grateful for the craftsmanship.

Cute but uncomfortable

When I got these boots, it looked like they had kind of gotten beat up on the assembly line, with markings that were indented on the material of the shoe and scratches on the sole. They are also EXTREMELY uncomfortable, and super narrow and hard to take off, so be aware of that. Their redeeming grace is that they are very very cute though, and I love the way they look. They also seem to keep water out, and the materials that the shoe is made of, seem of good quality overall. I will keep them, but I think that they need to be more careful with the shoes when they are being made to prevent the markings and scratches. I also think that for what you get they are kind of expensive.

Sturdy, supports foot , arch, and easy on the ankle.

Some reviews will argue the boot is hard to get into and out of......it is leather.......leather works to your foot. If this shoe was man-made fabric, I would have walked away. My foot is wide....really wide, and my instep and arches high.....fit is a challenge for me. On first approach, use a thin sock, like a dress sock.....wear it for a bit around the house on your carpet...if loose, try a thicker sock......if width is tight, give it time on the carpet. Your foot warmth will help the shoe form to you. Yes, leather will give only so much...you must make the call. If you need to wear thicker socks for your climate, return and get the next half size up. I am trusting that the shoe fits to the length of your foot in either case. I have a roman foot....like a rectangle...hard to fit in women's boots. I Love these boots. lyn

Cute boots, bad sizing

They are a great looking pair of low cut boots, but the sizing runs extremely small and quite narrow. I’ve not yet encountered this issues with other Teva brand boots or shoes.

Loose at ankles

I bought two pairs, one my normal size and the other a half size smaller and both slipped up and down over my ankle. One pair was a beautiful color and consistency and the other was too dark at the toes but were bleached out around the ankle. I have been obsessively looking at these boots for a year before I pulled the trigger and bought them and ended up sending both back disappointed.

Comfortable from Day One!

Worth every penny! True to size, and are extremely comfortable and fit great even though I have very wide feet. The first day I wore them I walked around a city for hours and they were so comfortable. Cute and waterproof.
