My 7yo LOVES her new sneakers!
Super cute sneakers! I ordered these for my 7 year old daughter, everything has to be pink these days, but all pink doesn’t match everything so I have to be creative with my choices in how I encourage her to incorporate other colors into outfits I’ve already purchased for her. I loved the cute shiny star and thought she would like it. Sure enough, she loved them! And now, because she insists on matching, she has happily worn the blue and purple outfits she previously wouldn’t wear because they weren’t pink, because they match her new “shiny star shoes.”Not only are the sneakers adorable, she says they comfortable too. And she has no problem letting me know when shoes bother her! So we have winners here!She is learning to tie her laces, and I love how the laces are the simple, flat sturdy ones. They are long enough to double knot, they don’t slide and they stay knotted all day.I got her a size 12, which is a bit large for her, but comparable to other size 12’s. She hates when shoes are too tight. I got her 4 pairs of size 10’s at the beginning of last school year and by spring they were too small. She does fir into some size 11 sneakers, (Saucony) but she doesn’t like her feet feeling squeezed, so it works better for her to be comfortable. Even though they are are a bit big, they don’t look too big, and it doesn’t affect her balance or anything. I just have her wear thicker socks.My girl is comfortable, loving her shoes, able to run at recess happily, excited to look through her clothes to match her fun her shoes. We are both thrilled with them!Amazing sale price too, I think they were $25? Great deal!Highly recommended!
