Walked all over Italy in these
Perfect for Europe trip and very good quality- better than I could find in any store. I wore these out of the box all over Italy and they were super comfortable and cute as well. It’s hard to find a flat sandal that is both, but these are a great find. The sole has a little cushion and the material is high quality. You can take the ankle strap off for a slightly different look but there is still the loop in the back. I’m so happy I randomly came across these. I also ordered the espadrille and those are beautiful as well.

Very very soft and comfy
These sandals are VERY well made. The leather on this tan pair is extremely softy the soles have a nice cushion to them. This is why I went with them instead of the black, that I originally wanted. I saw the other review saying the black was very stiff. Not the case with the tan. I also love the none slip bottoms. Exactly what I was looking for. I work at a school and would need something that I might have to possibly run in. It’s the reason why I went for the ankle strap. I could definitely run safely in these. But the ankle strap is also removable which I like a lot. It makes it so much easier to buckle or take off if I wanted to. Then I could probably wear them like the strapless version. My only complaint is finding the right size. I’m a 7 1/2. I went for the 8 first but it was much too big. It would only stay on with the ankle strap very tight but even with that it was still very loose on my feet. So I sent them back and got the 7s. The fit much better, maybe a little snug but I’m thinking the will loosen up over time. But I do I wish they had half sizes. Because there is a significant difference between the 8 and 7. I think they are very good for causal or dress up. I needed a versatile shoe. I think the price is good. They seem like they will last a long time. I rather pay more and have the shoe for longer.

Runs small
Absolutely love the style and color! Also love that it can be worn or without the strap. However they run small. I normally wear a 9-9.5 so I ordered the 8.5-9 size. They were so small it was unbearable. They were returned with no problem and I ordered the 9-9.5. They were also small but by wearing them around the house with socks on, many times, they stretched out and now I can comfortably wear them.

The shoes are European sizing. I am a US 9 - 9.5 normally. I bought the smaller size and it was just a little short, so I returned it for the larger size which is perfect. So if you are also between sizes I'd suggest you size up.

This wasn’t made for someone with a wider foot, the material is way too stiff to want to wear to break in. I even sized up! They’re lovely however not for the price and blisters
