Great price! Great buy!

Nice shoes and for the price! They fit a little tightly, but that is to be expected for they are new shoes. I really dig the design and they look good on my feet. Great buy and I have already began my tap lessons!!

LOVE IT!!

Couldn't wait to get them but they are worth the wait. They are absolutely cute and great for beginners. I still need to break them in but still totally in love with them. Discount Dance Supply was actually a seller recommended to myself and fellow classmates by out tap professor. I wear between a 9.5 and 10 but decided to go with the bigger size. Because they are straps versus ones more tennis shoe like you dont have to worry about squeezing inside them. The 10M fits nice and snug.

Okay. Good for a first Tap Shoe

This is a good shoe if you need a bargain shoe. It's a bit small. I normally wear a 8-1/2, so I ordered a 9-1/2, and it is still rather tight across the ball of the foot. The taps are also a bit flimsy. But, as I'm just startingthis class, I'm happy with them.

Way too small

I wear a size 6 shoe. I was not aware you are supposed to buy a size up. They weren't a great quality either. You get what you pay for. I went to a dance store and I ended up purchasing a size 7.5. They are leather and very comfortable. I'm glad a I spent the $$$$

So/so

This shoe is closer to a narrow width instead of a medium. The shoes front tap is welded tight and barely makes any sound. I’m not impressed, but the price/investment is right for a beginner that may not continue to practice after a few weeks or months.

Ouch! My toes!

The toe area felt like it was crushing my toes. I asked another fellow cast mate, who's a dancer if that was normal for tap shoes. This was my first pair ever. She said that it wasn't. Since I had already tried them on (and not on a towel like they instruct you to), I couldn't return them. If you try them on while standing on a towel, you won't be able to realize that the "tap" doesn't even make enough sound to be considered a tap shoe. It's super thin metal tap and I have work shoes that are louder than these. So I would recommend spending a little more money and getting shoes with the thicker metal tap at the tip so you can actually hear a "tap" sound when dancing. Also, these sizes run small so order half size up or a full size if you are wearing thick tights. I don't know if it's a defective pair I received or not, but the toe area literally crushed my toes. The width was fine, but the tops of my toes all had blisters on them from the crushing uppers. I ended up given them away after the show. Felt bad taking money from someone who I knew would be in pain wearing them. Ouch!
