Got these shoes because they had a carbon fiber flex plate. I train pro runners and I can say two days after we used them we started to see major improvements in our sprint times. The energy return you get with flex plate is incredible. If you are an advanced to pro runner these are a steal. They performed just as good as the Adidas Adizero spikes. Material is very durable. Very stiff plate. Excellent buy
Shoes feel like cheap material which is fine cuz they are cheap, but .. I can't get the last spike in. I genuinely tried for 20 minutes and it just doesn't catch, half the thread on the shoe is gone from where you screw the spike in. On some of the other threads it was also hard to screw in, but not impossible. I also have to say they are a little big, which is more my fault for getting the wrong size I guess... But overall I don't really like them
My daughter ordered these for track. She does sprints. They work pretty well and she has improved her times using them.
Appear to be used prior to delivery to me, with there being yellowish- orange stains on the shoe, there’s a random piece of plastic inside the spike. The only “good thing” about this purchase is the price point and its light weight. Definitely wouldn’t repurchase or recommend unless you or your athlete aren’t serious competitors.
