I have it 4 stars but

The boots would be great when I reorder next size up. These boots run small so buy half size up if you have narrrow feet and if u have wide feet order wide and a whole size up.

Love the Shoes, Going to Try a Second Pair

At my job, I am required to have shoes with composite or steel toes, and they must have metatarsal guards as part of the shoe (verses add on pads). These shoes fit that criteria, and are waterproof as well. These shoes have been super comfortable, with the exception of the outside of my big toes. I ordered a wide shoes, but I think I could have ordered a 1/2 size larger possibly. So I'm going to try another pair of the larger size.I am rough on these work shoes. I wore the inside of the heals out due to my tendency to pull them off without unlacing them. But the worn spots have not caused any discomfort. I load and offload cargo planes. Every day, I am constantly lifting metal locks into to their locking position, or stepping on them to unlock them. Though I could just bend over and lock/unlock by hand, I use the soles of these shoes to lift the metal locks up or unlock them to save on my back. This saves me constant bending over, but it also means I force metal against the sole of my shoes one hundred times a night. So the shoes are greatly showing showing the effect of this abuse while still remaining very comfortable. I've worn them about nine months so far, and I feel I could get a couple more months out of them (or longer if I stopped using them to engage/disengage locks). I've worn them through winter (a 9 degree night) and summer (109 degree afternoon) without issues or discomfort other than the aforementioned toes. I have been wearing two socks to prevent the two rub issue. I wear these shoes on my days off as well.Hoping the larger size fixes the toe rub. If so, I've found a shoe that I'm very happy to keep re-ordering.

Excellent work boots

I never thought I’d find a more comfortable work boot than my other Thorogood 804-3800s, but I did. These feel very light and cushiony for my feet.
